Component cleaning is a problem that many people tend to ignore. 1. In order to avoid electric shock injury and possible damage to the components caused by wiping the components under high temperature and strong light, the staff generally choose to clean the components in the morning or late afternoon.

2. Before cleaning the components, check whether there is any record of abnormal power output in the monitoring records, analyze whether it can be caused by electric leakage, and check whether the connecting wires and related components of the components are damaged or stuck. Before cleaning, test the aluminum frame, bracket and tempered glass surface of the components with a test pencil. To eliminate potential electric leakage and ensure personal safety.

3. There are many sharp corners on the aluminum frame and PV bracket of PV module. Therefore, the personnel cleaning the components shall wear corresponding work clothes and hats to avoid scratches and injuries. Hooks and belts on clothes or tools shall be prohibited. Parts that are easy to cause binding, such as thread ends.

4. It is forbidden to step on PV modules, guide rail supports, cable bridges and other PV system equipment or rely on module boards and supports in other ways.

5. It is strictly forbidden to clean photovoltaic modules under the weather conditions of strong wind, heavy rain, thunderstorm or heavy snow. Flushing shall be avoided for cleaning in winter to prevent freezing due to low temperature and dirt accumulation; Similarly, do not wash the PV module with cold water when the panel is very hot. It is strictly prohibited to use hard and sharp tools or corrosive solvents and alkaline organic solvents to wipe the PV module. It is prohibited to spray the cleaning water to the junction box, cable tray, combiner box and other equipment of the module. During cleaning, the impact pressure of the cleaning equipment on the components must be controlled within a certain range to avoid hidden cracks not caused by stress.

6. When cleaning, it is forbidden to stand less than 1 m from the edge of the roof for operation. Tools and sundries are not allowed to be thrown down and taken away after the operation.

7. The user is not recommended to clean the product by himself without knowing the relevant professional cleaning knowledge. It is better to ask professional photovoltaic cleaning personnel for cleaning and maintenance to better ensure that photovoltaic modules will not be damaged during cleaning.
